New accounts team to be headed by Chris Johnson

Allianz Legal Protection has strengthened its finance department with the creation of a new accounts team.

The team will be headed by Chris Johnson, previously management information manager for Allianz Retail, who has been promoted to the newly created role of legal protection accountant.

The team includes two financial analysts, Tracey Parker, who has joined from Baker Tilly Chartered Accountants, and Wendy Roberts who has made an internal move.

“The creation of this new team will ensure that we are well positioned to meet the opportunities and challenges involved with modelling and shaping the legal expenses environment in the post-Jackson world,” Johnson said in a statement.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
