Chris Dale and Graeme Cant join Aon’s Northern Leadership Team.

As part of its leadership restructure, Aon Risk Services has promoted two new members to the Northern Leadership Team, Chris Dale, branch director, Sheffield and Graeme Cant, branch director of Aberdeen and Newcastle.

They join existing branch director members Ewan McDyer (Edinburgh), Richard Taylor (Leeds) and Alastair Hunter (Glasgow).

Chris is tasked with consolidating and growing Aon’s position as the leading broker in the South Yorkshire area, as well as ensuring clients and prospective clients continue to receive first-rate service and value.

Graeme will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Aberdeen and Newcastle offices with an emphasis on growing revenue through the development of existing client accounts, as well as winning new business.

Norman Andrew, Northern regional director for Aon Risk Services says: “Graeme has an extremely strong understanding of the issues facing businesses, having worked for Aon for eight years, which in turn gives him a solid basis from which to understand how clients should be serviced and how to win new business.

“Chris has demonstrated strong leadership skills, impressive commercial knowledge and the ability to consistently match the needs of clients and prospective clients with services and the right people for the job.

“Aon Risk Services has always placed a strong emphasis on the Northern regions and we will continue to build our presence and offerings in this region. We want to provide best practice service and products to our customers and I have no doubt this team will help us continue to do so and build upon our existing successes.”
