AON has outsourced its mailroom scanning services at its London and Romford offices to Capital Capture.
The service is designed to eliminate manual routing of documents to over 4500 AON employees. Post delivered to the two sites will be sorted, captured by Capital Capture staff and delivered to users desktops in digital format via AON's content management system.
The two sites receive in excess of 116,000 documents and more than 1.5 million pages each year.
AON operations development director Phil Tysonat said: “It is critical in our business that documents are delivered to the right people at the right time. We selected Capital Capture over other service providers because of their consultancy led approach to identifying and managing our business processes and their willingness to meet agreed SLA's."
Capital Capture managing director Mark Kirpalani said: "In the past AON employees have been frustrated with inconsistent delivery of mail. Through our commitment to service delivery this frustration will be a thing of the past."
