APIL has welcomed the DCA's proposals to simplify conditional fee arrangements.
In a statement, APIL said: "This has been a long process and we welcome the announcement of the new agreement.
"We are pleased that consumers will benefit from a shorter and simpler form, and sincerely hope that the simplified regulations will reduce the number of unnecessary technical challenges experienced in the past."
