Retention is available for iPads and iPhones
Apple has launched an app for insurance brokers in its first wave of business applications developed with IBM.
Retention is available exclusively on iPads and iPhones and gives brokers access to customers’ profiles and history, including an analytics-driven retention risk score as well as smart alerts, reminders, and recommendations of next best steps.
The app also collects e-signatures and premiums through the smartphone or tablet.
Apple senior vice-president of worldwide marketing Philip Schiller said: “The business world has gone mobile, and Apple and IBM are bringing together the world’s best technology with the smartest data and analytics to help businesses redefine how work gets done.”
