Operations manager, financial controller and account executive all join

Arc Legal Assistance has announced a trio of new appointments, with Jacquie McKenzie, Philip Wood and Edward Hance all joining the company.

McKenzie joins Arc Legal as operations manager with responsibility for organising and supervising all the company’s operations and administrative services. McKenzie will also manage the production of management information and customer service data. She joins from Capita Insurance Services, where she was head of claims.

Wood joins as financial controller with responsibility for the company’s management and statutory accounting requirements He will also ensure Arc Legal has an effective working relationship with its underwriting partners.

Hance joins Arc Legal as account executive. He will support the business development activities of the company including client liaison. He recently graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a business studies (Marketing) degree.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
