Lloyd's insurer Atrium Underwriting has announced that its chief executive Nick Marsh is to move into a new role as director of corporate underwriting.
The company said that Steve Cook, previously Atrium's group managing director, will take over as chief executive with immediate effect.
Cook was part of the executive team that worked on the formation of Atrium in 1998. He worked as finance director for three years prior to his appointment as managing director.
