Colchester-based Agency Underwriting Limited (AUL) has been awarded a government-supported quality certification, held by only 3% of British businesses.
The ISO9001:2000 certificate was awarded to AUL following an assessment by independent auditors. It recognises commitment to high service and customer care levels.
AUL spokeswoman Gemma Munson said: "We have a history of commitment to customer service and we are pleased that we have been able to demonstrate this once again to independent experts."
