The insurance arm of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, CommInsure, is to use Dublin-based FINEOS to support its sales and servicing operation, including new business and claims management.
CommInsure said the FINEOS system would be used to increase service efficiency and was expected to increase cycle times by 30%.
In the initial stages, FINEOS said it would provide CommInsure staff with a single view of a customer's insurance information across multiple lines of business, resulting in improved communication and better overall service experience for customers.
