Staff to choose between pay and bonuses or 300 jobs
AXA PPP Healthcare: The British health insurer has asked its staff to choose between a range of austerity measures — including an across-the-board 10% salary cut, a two-to-three year suspension of bonuses, a 10% increase in working hours with no pay rise, or 300 job cuts, the Times reports.
