Firm will take its own approach to fees and terms
AXA has withdrawn from the industry-wide agreement covering the use of credit hire vehicles.
The insurer has notified the ABI, which administers the agreement, that from 7 September, it will look individually at fees and terms.
Currently, fees are set by the General Terms of Agreement, although disputes between insurers and credit hire operators are frequent and often bitter.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
