AXA has saved £1m since implementing its Respond's software system, the company said.

It said customer feedback had improved greatly in the past year.

The data gained through the software had been used to pinpoint where process improvements could be made, the company said. Products and services have been enhanced as a result.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
