Chris Doolan and Howard Pepper join Bell & Co
Bell & Co has appointed Chris Doolan and Howard Pepper as directors.
Pepper has joined the Derby-based brokerage as a non-executive director and Chris Doolan takes on the newly-created role of sales director.
Doolan was previously regional managing director of the Willis Commercial Network, of which Bell & Co are founder members.
Bell & Co managing director Richard Salt said: "We are very pleased to have Howard and Chris onboard. We are confident that their industry expertise will prove very valuable as our business grows."
Bell & Co has a GWP of £9m, which it aims to double by the start of 2015.
Doolan said: "This was a natural next step for me. I have been working with Richard and his team for 12 years now and have always been really impressed by the business’ client focus and approach which has seen exceptional consistent organic growth."
Pepper, also managing director of Momentum Broker Solutions, said: "Bell & Co. is a fantastic local broker providing quality service to its clients. I am delighted to be involved in the business and I am looking forward to working closely with Richard and the team to develop the business further."
