A management buyout has been completed at Derby brokers Bell & Co, with Richard Salt, Darrell Blackmore and Helen Kinross taking over the company.
Salt is now managing director, Blackmore sales director and Kinross company secretary. Two of the previous owners will leave the firm.
Richard Owen will stay with the company to assist the new management team and continue to look after his local business clients.
Bell & Co writes around £4m to £5m in
premiums annually.
