Biba and UKGI launch compliance helpline

Biba has agreed a contract with compliance consultancy UKGI to provide compliance helpline services to the broker association’s members.

The deal will give brokers access to UKGI’s compliance consultants for advice and assistance in navigating the UK’s toughening regulatory climate.

UKGI managing director Jerry White said: “At a time when compliance is at the forefront of every broker’s considerations, access to straight-forward, ad-hoc advice is more important than ever.”

Biba chief executive Steve White added: “The compliance helpline is a very important element of the services we provide to members.

“Biba members tell us that our compliance support package is both highly regarded and a valued member benefit, and we are delighted to have appointed the well respected consultancy UKGI to deliver this important facility.”
