It seems tough times have hit Biba House. Brokers attending the industry body's headquarters this week were confounded to discover immovable coat hangers in Biba's coat cupboard, similar to those found in cheap hotels.
While 2004 may not have been the best year on record for brokers, surely they can be trusted not to swipe the coat hangers from an organisation that, ultimately, they fund.
