Blown fuse for broker

Norwich Union recently held a Track day at Croft near Darlington for brokers who were interested in the insurer’s new RAC sales proposition.

RAC patrolman Phil Winchester was on hand to give demos of his RAC van.

He was also called on to help a broker who was having problems with her car.

Clare Carby, private client account exec from Atkinson Smith tells Backchat: “The fuse had blown in my cigarette lighter which I use to plug my sat nav in and I needed to use the sat nav to get home. Phil was very helpful and managed to replace the fuse in a few minutes.”
