Bollington has opened new offices in Stoke to support its growing presence in the area and as part of its development plans for the region.
The Stoke base will concentrate on insurance for commercial firms and particularly look to build on its success in niche insurance areas, such as technology, in Staffordshire and Shropshire.
Paul Moors, Chairman of Bollington, said: “The opening of the new Stoke office will give expert support to our increasing number of clients there.
“We also see this as an exciting opportunity – we want to grow our business and see the development of Stoke and its surrounding areas as a major part of our plans.”
Bollington has grown significantly in recent years with offices already based in Manchester, London, Macclesfield, Preston and Oxford amongst others. Handling around £80M of GWP, it is looking at opening other locations to support its ambitions.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
