After years of off-court publicity, tennis superstar Boris Becker is back in the spotlight and once again it’s not for his volleying skills.
Becker will become the new face of DAS Legal Expenses in a series of commercials released in Germany.
The ad campaign shows the Olympic gold medallist getting himself into some tricky legal troubles – which probably required a good serving of Wimbledon-style acting on the athlete’s part.
The commercial ends with the strap-line “Ich hab da mal ne Frage”,which roughly translates as “I’ve got a bit of a question”.
Looks like DAS may have netted an ace for its services.
