Bradstock Group plc has disposed of its interest in its associated undertaking in Malaysia, Bradstock Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd, for £360,000.
The group said it made this disposal in order to concentrate on its core business of reinsurance broking, and to enhance its working capital.
It added that the sale is likely to have a netural effect on its balance sheet, after costs and writing off inter-company balances.
