Broker makes two appointments to sales team

Manchester-based broker Bridge has made two key appointments to further strengthen and complete its sales team.

Kelvin Chadwick has taken the role of head of sales and Paul Cottenham is project manager.

Chadwick joins Bridge from Willis bringing with him a wealth of sales experience where he held roles as both regional director and development director for the commercial and corporate risks divisions in the North of England.

Chadwick said: “I am delighted to be joining one of the most highly regarded independent brokerages and to be part of a team of dedicated professionals.

"I believe strongly that as a major independent broker, Bridge will continue to lead the way in retaining and attracting new Clients”.

Cottenham joins from RBIG where he was an account executive and brings with him almost 30 years experience in the insurance industry, the last 20 being within the Commercial Broking and Risk Management sectors in Manchester.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
