Ex-Independent Insurance chief executive Michael Bright's bankruptcy trustee has not been able to sell either of Bright's UK houses.
Trustee Philip Sykes of Moore Stephens said the bankruptcy was proceeding slowly, but surely.
However, Sykes said Bright's oasthouse in Kent and Wapping apartment remained unsold.
"We've instructed FPD Savill but it hasn't come up with anything yet," he said.
