Brit expands London market team

Broker Brit Insurance Holdings today named Richard Webster as business development director of its London Market Underwriting Centre.

Webster, who joins from Lloyd's broker RK Carvill & Co, will report to Mike Sibthorpe, underwriting director, London market.

Sibthorpe said: “We are delighted Richard is joining the London Market Underwriting Centre. He has an extensive knowledge of the London and international markets and considerable experience in relationship development.

"A key responsibility in his new role will be to support our underwriting and to develop opportunities through managing and building our relationships with the broking community.”
