Lloyd’s insurer’s opening price was 236p a share
Lloyd’s insurer Brit has begun full, unconditional trading on the London Stock Exchange this morning.
Brit’s full listing comprises 400 million shares, which trade on the exchange’s main market under the ticker symbol BRIT.
The opening price for the shares was 236p a share.
Conditional trading in Brit’s shares started on 28 March, when the pricing of its initial public offering (IPO) was set at 240p a share.
The IPO price gives Brit a market capitalisation of £960m.
