Brokers Layton Blackham has acquired the Chelmsford brokers Ford Loft Group for an undisclosed sum.
This is the 11th acquisition the Group has made in two years under the Quantum Leap initiative - a bid to become the number one regional broker in the UK.
"We will continue to make acquisitions but only with the right businesses and the right people," said managing director Chris Blackham.
"When you are putting together a jigsaw you must make sure all the pieces fit. Ford Loft is a classic fit."
