Double world champion Yoshie Ueno praised by boss
Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance’s Yoshie Ueno scooped a bronze medal in the women’s under 63kg judo competition yesterday at the London 2012 Olympics.
Ueno, who works in Mitsui’s marketing team in Tokyo, is also double world champion.
Mitsui Sumitomo at Lloyd’s chief executive Andrew McKee said: “All of the company are truly delighted for Yoshie.
“Winning an Olympic bronze is a stunning performance and we could not be more proud of our inspirational colleague.”
