The British Standards Institution (BSI) is to reward its 2,000 employees with Westfield Health cash plans.
BSI strategic development manager Hazel Wilson said: "We review our benefits premium every year and part of this process is an employee survey which is carried out in March.
"This year the feedback came back from our employees that they wanted us to include a cash plan in these benefits.
"When we spoke to Westfield, their products were ideal for our organisation and we are delighted to be offering it to our staff."
