Liverpool broker hires three account executives

Independent insurance broker Butterworth Spengler has appointed three new account executives in a move to expand the business.

The Liverpool-based broker has hired Andrew Thomson, Alan Tune and James Jaycock who have all joined from Oval.

They will work out of the company’s new corporate office at Old Hall Street in Liverpool’s commercial district which is headed by Mark Robinson.

Robinson said: “This is an exciting period of rapid growth for the company and our new corporate office in Liverpool city centre provides us with an opportunity to attract new customers and target new markets”.

John Lacey, director at Butterworth Spengler added: “With Mark at the helm of our new city centre office confidence is high and I believe this is the right time to buck the trend and invest in new talent to help us embark on a period of expansion”.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
