Are you an account executive, an administrator or junior to middle manager in commercial broking? If so, we’d like your input to our 2008 Commercial Insurer Service Study.

Last year’s results, based on 378 broker respondents, certainly forced underperforming insurers to sit up and take notice. But are any improving their service to brokers as a result? It's time to find out...

In this year’s improved study, we're looking for your performance gradings for each of the commercial insurers you actually deal with – and your brief comments on the best, and worst, performers on five key aspects of service.

The study takes from four to ten minutes, depending on how much comment you wish to include – and for each complete, bona fide response we will donate £6 to your choice of one of five charities: Cancer Research UK; the RNLI; the World Society for the Protection of Animals; Save the Children; and Médecins Sans Frontières.

To receive the questionnaire URL link by return, simply send your work email address to: peter.joy@newsquestspecialistmedia.com

All input is strictly unattributable.

We look forward to receiving your input from the front-line of broking – and sharing with you the broker market's verdict on the service delivered by the UK’s 25 biggest commercial insurers.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
