Greatorex will be replaced by executive director of health and wellbeing Jim Vincent
Capita insurance and benefits services executive director Nick Greatorex has been promoted to group finance director.
He will replace Gordon Hurst who is retiring on 28 February 2015 after 27 years with the company. Hurst will remain as a consultant until 30 September.
Greatorex will be replaced by Capita executive director of health and wellbeing Jim Vincent next month.
The insurance and benefits services division cover life insurance, corporate and specialist insurance.
Capita chief executive Andy Parker said: “[Greatorex] has in-depth experience of working in senior commercial and finance roles right at the heart of Capita across a number of our major bids and contracts and has played a key role in supporting and growing our insurance and benefits services division.”
