Hiscox renews Capita outsourcing contract

Hiscox has renewed its outsourcing contract with Capita Insurance Services for three years.

Capita will handle Hiscox’s renewals and mid-term adjustments for high net worth households and professional indemnity policies from its Sittingbourne, Kent, office.

It will also manage data processing, premium collection and credit control for Hiscox, as well as providing administrative support to claims handlers and bordereaux processing for brokers with delegated authority.

Hiscox chief operating office Alan Millard said: “I am pleased that we are continuing our service arrangement and relationship with Capita. They have developed a deep understanding of our business and provide us with a consistently high level of service that is vital in providing both our brokers and customers with superb service.”
