Company to expand into solicitors PI
Case Funding Limited has been authorised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
Case Funding, a broker and underwriter which specialises in after the event (ATE) insurance, before the event insurance and litigation funding, plans to add a range of products within six months, including solicitors professional indemnity and an ATE product for solictor clients.
Alan Burdett, managing director of Case Funding, said: "We have decided that as our company goes from strength-to-strength we want to offer our clients complete peace of mind, and seeking FSA regulation was a natural next step in our expansion plans."
