Healthsure site can be uploaded onto a company's website

Healthplan provider HealthSure has launched an intranet tool that can be used by brokers to sign up employees to company health schemes.

The intranet site has been designed so that it can be uploaded onto a company’s intranet site, enabling employees to sign up for HealthSure’s cash plan directly online.

In addition, the site can be personalised with introductory text and a logo.

The intranet site is managed completely by HealthSure and is set up so that all applications are linked directly back to the broker. The commission is ongoing and lasts the lifetime of the policy.

The product available on the site is HealthSure’s company voluntary Cash Plan, which starts from as little as £2.30 per person, per week and provides money back towards a range of everyday healthcare treatments such as dental and optical.

The site enables company employees to choose their preferred level of cover and allows them to complete the whole buying process securely online. Existing members are able to request a claim form or download an upgrade form to increase their level of cover.

This new development is not just for corporate clients. HealthSure has acted on the demand from brokers to be able to sell direct to the public. With this in mind, intermediaries are able to upload the intranet site onto their own website, which means that clients are able to sign up directly for the individual Cash Plan.

Intermediary manager at HealthSure, David Wilson, said: “Following feedback from our broker clients we have developed and designed the new intranet site to make it easier for our clients to sign up both individual and company voluntary business”.
