Catlin Underwriting (CU), the Lloyd's managing agency, has announced the appointment of Clive Magnus as a director on its underwriting board.
He is joining the agency from Hawtin Syndicate 1009.
Chairman Stephen Catlin said the company is delighted Magnus is joining.
"CU has grown significantly over the past 18 months and with this appointment we are recognising the continuing need to increase our resource," he said.
"Clive will be assuming a broad range of responsibilities from the audit of internal business processes and project management to the development and marketing of new products."
