Chris White promoted to head new division in syndicate 1084.
Chaucer Syndicates 1084 has appointed Chris White as head of its new energy vivision.
Chris White will assume responsibility for the leadership and development of Chaucer’s new division. His appointment recognises the importance of the energy account to Chaucer Syndicate 1084, and he will play a key part in maintaining Chaucer’s leadership position in the international energy market.
White was previously the energy underwriter of the Syndicate 1084 Marine Division. He joined Chaucer in 1992 and was appointed Energy Underwriter in 2002.
Bruce Bartell, active underwriter of Chaucer Syndicate 1084, said: “Chris’ promotion is well-deserved, and reflects his considerable contribution to the development of our leading position in the Lloyd’s energy market. I look forward to working closely with Chris to build the new division.”
