Chaucer names Everall as new syndicate head

Chaucer Syndicate 1084 has appointed Brian Everall as head of its specialist lines division.

Everall joined Chaucer in 2002 and has more than 30 years of experience in the Lloyd's market.

He is currently deputy chairman of the LMA Financial Institutions business panel.

John Fowle, active underwriter of Chaucer Syndicate 1084, said:“I am delighted to appoint Brian to this important position.

“Brian has been instrumental in the development of our Specialist Lines Division and has made an important contribution to the successful development of Syndicate 1084. I look forward to continuing to work closely with him in his new leadership role.”
