ChoiceQuote Insurance, the Liverpool-based broker who specialise in taxi insurance, have opened up two new satellite offices in Leeds and Birmingham to serve the local taxi markets.
Darren Roberts said: "We have always had in our minds to expand our physical office network away from our strongholds in the North West of England, to provide customers with a more regionally focussed service serving key local markets.”
He added: “The advantages of this approach are that staff in regional sites have far better knowledge of their local areas and also offer taxi drivers the option of face-to-face access to insurance advice rather than simply over the telephone/internet”.
“An added benefit also, is our ability to better develop specific rates and products for the needs of that geographic region based on the knowledge of our teams. In this respect, we are working with key insurers such as Equity and MMA, so that a broader product range can be provided and adapted for our customers.”
