Brokers are now able to receive a full quote online for Chubb's high net worth personal lines products.
Previously brokers could only obtain indicative quotes for Chubb's Masterpiece and Masterpiece Initial policies.
The enhanced version of Chubb's online Masterpiece service centre allows brokers to create indicative and full quotes online, without the need to discuss with an underwriter first; see all quotes they have on their book; view contract modifications and deductibles; send formal quote documents via email directly to their clients; and access more marketing materials and policy documents on line.
John Sims, Chubb personal lines manager for Europe, said: "For brokers and insurers alike, the future use of technology to manage their business is crucial.
"The website has enabled us to strip out the time-consuming process at the beginning of the transaction, and retain the vital 'high touch' rate between brokers and underwriters."
