Miller Fisher was holding a reception at the Art House Hotel when a fire broke out in the main kitchen.
One of Miller Fisher's loss adjusters used a digital camera to record the damage while the hotel's brokers rushed to the scene.
An AXA senior claims manager was also there, and he sanctioned Miller Fisher to do the job.
