I was very interested in your article (Opinion, 3 July, Insurance Times) concerning The Accident Group (TAG). I can understand that the industry as a whole are down in the mouth as soon as anyone mentions claims farmers.

Our company is a claims company, but one that has ethics. And so, like you, we are pleased that companies with business principles such as TAG are no longer here.

Our investigators are trained in personal injury accident investigation and part of that training includes cognitive interview techniques. This means that they can spot fraudulent claimants more readily.

Our claims company does not advocate fraudulent claims in any way shape or form. We genuinely want to help those people who have sustained a personal injury.

Our service, unlike TAG and others, is completely free of charge.
