Clear Insurance buys broker specialising in forestry contracts
Clear Insurance has bought the brokerage Bryant Kesek & Partners.
Bryant Kesek is a commercial and personal lines broker specialising in finding cover for tree surgeons and forestry contractors.
It has more than £4m GWP and is based in Cranleigh, Surrey.
It was founded in 1985 by Richard Bryant and Jan Kesek.
Bryant said: “Our ethos of serving our clients in a professional and innovative manner is mirrored by Clear Insurance and they became an obvious choice when deciding to whom we wanted to entrust our clients.”
Clear Insurance chief executive Howard Lickens said: “2011 has been a fantastic year for us, we have grown organically by 15%, fully integrated our 2010 acquisitions and Bryant Kesek is our second £4 million plus GWP purchase in 2011.
“I am especially pleased that in difficult economic and market conditions 2012 already looks like being equally successful.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
