Who is the most popular boss at AXA?
Chief executive Peter Hubbard, customer services director Andy Fairchild and commercial lines director Mark Cliff decided to find out on a recent company beano to the Big Brother house in East London.
The three bosses were left in the house and AXA staff were asked to evict two of them. In a moment of cool calculation, would they plump for the top man? Or how about the long-serving (and some would say long-suffering) Mark Cliff? Or would they choose customer champion Andy Fairchild? The answer: Mark Cliff was that last man standing - reward at last for years of being moaned at by Spirit brokers.
