Claims handlers might come in for some stick, but are insurers really to blame when some claims are simply ludicrous.

And: "I pulled away from the side of the road, glanced up at my mother-in-law and headed over the embankment."

"I was on my way to the doctor with rear end trouble when my universal joint gave way, causing me to have an accident and damage my big end." Ouch.
