Steven Risk and Jonathan Mayo have replaced John Eldridge - now MD of Canopius-owned broker K Drewe

Coleman Insurance Brokers has promoted Steven Risk and Jonathan Mayo to become its new managing directors, following the departure of John Eldridge.

Steven Risk was previously the sales and marketing director at Coleman, while Mayo had been the servicing director. They have both been with the broker for eight years and 18 years, respectively.

Commenting on his new role, Risk said: “I am delighted about my new role.  As a company we have enjoyed unprecedented growth during 2014 and one of our most successful years to date. I look forward to continuing to steer Coleman in the right direction.  It’s definitely exciting times for us all.”

Mayo added: “Steven and I have worked closely together for a long time now.  We have very different skill sets and I’m thrilled that we shall now be working together in partnership as managing directors.”

Eldridge left the business last month to join Canopius-owned broker K Drewe as its managing director.
