It's conker season and time for insurers to prepare themselves as eager youngsters go to extreme lengths to find their champion chestnut. Sticks, cricket bats and even crash helmets have been reportedly pelted at trees to knock down a prize-winning conker.
Alas, aim is not always up to scratch and has resulted in a number of insurance claims by homeowners.
