The satirical mag reports that Consignia (formerly the Post Office) has issued a formal notice, warning staff not to break wind on duty, and stating that it could constitute harassment.

But one mail worker said that farting only became a problem when the company started employing female staff.

Apparently there has been a recent test case in Ireland in which a female member of staff successfully took her employer to an industrial tribunal, claiming constructive dismissal after he had refused to take action over a colleague's habit of breaking wind.
