Legal expenses insurer DAS has joined forces with law firm Portner and Jaskel to open a “paperless” office for claims in south Wales.
The Caerphilly office will pilot an almost entirely electronic advanced case management system. There are plans to extend the system to the London office of personal injury specialists Portner and Jaskel's.
The office will be used on personal injury claims for DAS in Wales, but it can also assist Portner and Jaskel on cases throughout the UK.
