Davies has confirmed that it has issued a high court writ against insurer MMA after its exit from MMA's loss adjusting panel.
The loss adjuster is said to be seeking substantial compensation from MMA.
The dispute centres on a contractual agreement in which a set notice period for termination was specified.
Davies Group Partnership in an independent loss adjuster which was founded in 1968.
