TriSystems products to become part of Ebix Europe
Ebix Inc, an international software and e-commerce services supplier, has acquired London based insurance trading service provider TriSystems Limited.
The TriSystmes products and services will become a part of the EbixEchange division of Ebix Europe.
The products enable efficient and cost-effective communication between underwriters and brokers.
Ebix Inc president and chief executive Robin Raina said: “This is clearly a strategic acquisition for us as it provides us a base in one of the largest insurance markets in the world and helps us introduce EbixExchange services and CRM solutions to the London market.
“We are excited about the possibilities it offers us both in the London markets and in the worldwide reinsurance markets.”
TriSystems business development director Jeff Ward said: “Ebix’s commitment to the London market modernisation programme and its existing relationships with top brokers and insurance companies around the world allows us the ability to be the e-platform of choice to power paperless transactions for the commercial insurance and reinsurance industry.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
