Towcester broker makes fifth acquisition

Towcester-based commercial broker Insurance Linx has bought its fifth business in four years following the acquisition of Ealing-based broker Argent Insurance Services.

Insurance Linx was formed in 2008 by managing director David Green.

Argent Insurance Services’ principal John Baczkowski will be joining the Insurance Linx team as account director.

Insurance Linx executive chairman Michael Bray said: “We have now made five commercial broker acquisitions in the past four years and gained much experience of the acquisition process along the way.
